Purchased a new wet side for MP10QD over 1 month ago which has turned out to be faulty. Can't get it to stop rattling. I contacted Ecotech support for a replacement, they said to follow the break in procedure for 2 weeks. No change after 2 weeks. Still noisy. They told me to contact another distributer which I did without a reply. I contacted Ecotech again and am waiting for a reply. I have heard great things about the Ecotech customer service, but I am regretting this purchase. Hopefully, they will replace this under warranty but I am still waiting for a reply.
