Politique de remboursement

1 - Seeing that we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened and / or used, please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version BEFORE opening it. If the seal is still undamaged, you may return the item to us within 30 days from purchase. An exchange, credit or refund will be issued (excluding original shipping and handling charges incurred to us).

You need to contact us before shipping the item so we can provide you with an RMA (Return merchandise Authorization) number. We will refuse and returns without an RMA number.

All original parts and documentation must be included. If your return is not in perfect condition or missing parts / documentation, we will issue a partial credit or possibly refuse the return. The original box must also be as new. Always put the return  inside a cardboard shipping box, otherwise the item will not be in new resalable condition and you will not receive full credit. 

Items with expiry dates: We guarantee a minimum of 8 months (some exceptions apply)

Any cut to size item can NOT be returned, such as but not limited to soft tubing (plumbing)

2 - Return shipping is at your own expense. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

3- We reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 15% (or $5 minimum) restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise and / or canceled order even prior to shipping. (excluding exchanges).

NO RETURN POLICY ON BULK ITEMS: Please note that our bulk items do not have tamper proof packing, therefore we cannot accept returns. Please email us before buying if you have any questions 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  We do not accept Paypal as payment for Special Order items. No Exceptions. ETA on special order item is approx. 2-3 weeks but this is not guaranteed.
