I've added AF life Source mud into my aquarium twice already this week and corals are loving it! I pulled my MP 10's apart and return pump, and there was not a trace of anything. Ppl say it's got metal in it. Not true as it's some type of salt that mimics metal. I can't remember the name but not to worry. My frogspawn massively ballooned up and I see some never seen before activity in the tank that I've never seen before. My plating Monti's and sticks love it! The Reds more vivid and the rest of the mixed reef are looking much better then ever. I'm sold on this product and will never be without ever again. I just used a magnetic stirrer and let it mix for 10min and all the mud dissolved and there is a bit of tiny particles left in the bottom of the beaker and just poured it into the water and let it do its thing over night. Leave filter socks in till morning and then just swap them out. If using foam blocks just leave them as they'll collect more particles and will slowly seep into the tank and the water quality will blow your mind!
