Junk. Lasted less than a year. Customer support, was an absolute joke. I had to harass for a response and when I got one - was told "these don't grow on trees by Tunze support" and they couldn't help me. So, now...I have a useless ATO. Definitely wouldn't recommend, if you are looking for a quality and warrantied product. @Dave . Tunze customer support is usually spot on and very helpful. The issue is they are out of stock as is Tunze Germany. The covid chip shortage is shortage to affect our industry as well. In any case, like we said via email, we will be sending you a new one out of our stock and we will deal with tunze once they restock.

Its been a few weeks i installed the ATO, so far so good; no issues.

I got this for my nano (20 gallon). I was hesitant since it only comes with a single float switch, but figured out it has 2 different timed auto shut off. I based this purchase on the reliability of the bigger version which I use on a 65 gallon.
