Shipping Damage
Shipping damage is not covered under manufacturer warranty.
All shipping-related issues must be reported directly to us.
Manufacturer Policies
Warranty terms and procedures vary by manufacturer. We recommend visiting the manufacturer’s official website for warranty details and contact information. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Important – U.S. Return Address Option
If a manufacturer charges high fees to ship warranty items to Canada, we can provide our U.S. mailing address at no charge. In this case, the manufacturer would ship the item to our U.S. address, and we will forward it to you in Canada.
Please note:
-
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as with all warranty claims.
-
This applies when the manufacturer requires defective parts to be returned.
Warranty Eligibility & Liability

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only.
If the item is resold, warranty coverage is not provided unless explicitly covered by the manufacturer. -
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or costs resulting from the installation or use of products sold.
-
We are not liable for costs related to removal, installation, transportation, or any other expenses associated with a warranty claim.
