Refund Policy

  1. Returns: We cannot accept returns once the package has been opened or used. Please carefully check the packaging and label to ensure you received the correct product and version before opening. If the seal is undamaged, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. Refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

    To initiate a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

    All original parts and documentation must be included with your return. If the return is not in perfect condition or is missing parts/documentation, we may issue a partial credit or refuse the return. The original box must also be in new condition. Always package the return inside a cardboard shipping box; otherwise, the item will not be in a resalable condition, and you may not receive full credit.

    Items with Expiry Dates: We guarantee a minimum of 8 months' shelf life on products (some exceptions may apply).

    Cut-to-Size Items: Items cut to size (e.g., soft tubing) cannot be returned.

  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping is at your own expense. Free shipping does not apply to exchanges or returns.

  3. Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable restocking fee of 15% (minimum $5) for any returned merchandise or canceled orders, even if they have not yet shipped (excludes exchanges).

    Bulk Items: Please note that bulk items do not have tamper-proof packaging, and therefore, we cannot accept returns. If you have questions before purchasing, please email us.

    Special Order Items: Special order items are non-refundable. We do not accept PayPal as payment for special order items. No exceptions. The estimated time of arrival for special order items is approximately 2-3 weeks, but this is not guaranteed.

  4. Reshipping of Damaged Items
    If an item arrives damaged or requires replacement and its value is under $25 (before tax and shipping), it will be refunded rather than reshipped. This policy applies to standard merchandise and does not cover items under manufacturer warranty, which follow separate warranty procedures
