no power cord

They sent this in plastic bag with no power cord terrible would cost more to send it back would not recommend from here

Yet another example of what the retail world has come to. I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, but giving an item a 1-star review because you received exactly what was stated on the product page is absurd.

Mr. Daryl purchased a replacement controller for a 3155, as clearly stated on the website. Once he received it, he sent us an email claiming the unit was missing the power supply, floats, and magnets. Of course, it’s missing those items—it’s a controller, not an ATO. If you wanted an ATO, you needed to buy an ATO.

You made a mistake, and now you’re trying to publicly slander us and the product. Lucky for us, the reef market is made up of 99% great clients who respect the stores they buy from. The other 1%… oh my!
