Let’s be very clear: threatening us with a negative review to get a response or special treatment is not going to get you anywhere. We are NOT that kind of store.
You purchased the Red Sea NanoMat ReefMat Nano Replacement Fleece Roll – Nano 2 Pack. It is a 2-pack, meaning there are two fleece rolls inside the package. They are not shipped as two separate packages. Please open the package and you will find both rolls inside.
That said, this assumes we sent you the correct product. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, all that is required is a simple email letting us know. We will be happy to look into it and resolve the issue. There is absolutely no need to threaten us with a negative review.
We have no problem with you leaving an honest review, whether it is positive or negative. What we will not do is allow ourselves to be pressured by a review threat over a misunderstanding that could have been resolved simply by opening the package or contacting us directly.
If, after opening the package, you genuinely find that one of the two rolls is missing, send us a photo of everything you received and we will gladly take care of it.
But threatening us with a bad review is not going to change the facts or get you preferential treatment.
