A week in

A week running on my 150 gallon freshwater tank/50 gallon sump. Plenty of power. I used water blaster pumps before on my 300 gallon but wanted more tech and didn't want to spend as much on this set up. Purchased this pump because of the reviews that I read on reefsupplies. Was unfamiliar with the brand Jecod but did a quick google search and found out it's Jebao's premium brand (I've used Jebao equipment before and they are reliable). So far pump has been extremely quiet and easy to set up (comes with a lot of fittings). Controller to control power and the ability to pause the pump while feeding is a bonus. You can't go wrong with the price and knowing that the pump is fully backed by reefsupplies. Hoping the pump stays quiet long term as the aquarium is in my office!

Surprisingly good, even at twice the price

I got two to put in an external configuration to drive my cannisters. The manual suggests this is ok, but the store recommends against it. Certainly it entrains some bubbles but not more than it seems to able to handle. V powerful even at 4 feet of headand v quiet. Comes with a reasonable selection of attachments including three hose barbs for soft plumbing (buy your own hose clamps) and four reducing bushes (to glue your pvc pipes on for hard plumbing?). Can’t speak to longevity so far as have only had them running a week or so but happy with them so far.

I must say I was hesitant at 1st But I spoke to the guys at reef supplies to give me an honest opinion of the pump I've bought numerous items through reef supplies and I trust them I'm glad I did It's a good start to get you into DC pumps

Easy to set up. very adjustable flow rate. Came with lots of attachments for pipes and was super quiet.
