If you have purchased this product between April 1st 2026 and May 25 2026 with lot numbers 1352 or 1250, please follow the instructions below.

What you need to do
If you are in possession of this product:
- Please check the lot number on your packaging
- If your product matches lot 1352 or 1250, we kindly ask you to stop using it
- Please contact us with:
- A clear photo of the product and lot number
- Your order ID
Important clarification
In addition, please note:
- If the powder inside your reagent is white, it is safe to use
- If the powder appears grey, please do not use it, as it is included in the recall
