The AvidAqua InSight is a sleek, full-color touchscreen display that gives Apex users a constant, easy-to-read view of aquarium data without reaching for a phone or tablet. Clean, minimalist, and button-free, it’s a modern upgrade to traditional controller displays and integrates seamlessly into any setup. Available at Reef Supplies Canada.

Rather than duplicating Apex Fusion, InSight enhances it. Any parameter visible in your Apex Fusion dashboard can be displayed, including temperature, pH, calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium when paired with a Trident tester. It keeps critical data visible at all times, especially in high-traffic areas.

InSight connects wirelessly via Apex Local. As long as both devices are on the same WiFi network, no cable is required, allowing flexible placement beyond the controller cabinet. Ideal for systems with remote sumps or filtration rooms.

Setup and customization are handled through the MyAquarium app. Users can select widgets and tailor the display to show exactly what matters most. Reef Supplies Canada offers full support for setup and integration.

Apex Control Without Your Phone
In addition to monitoring, InSight provides quick control of your Apex system:

Swipe Right: Access and activate/deactivate all four feed modes.
Swipe Left: Control outlets and toggle between on, off, and auto.

Apex Emergency Alerts
When an Apex alarm is triggered, a full-screen alert appears for immediate action.
You can also snooze or ignore alerts if they are not urgent.

Mounting & Placement Options
InSight and InSight Pro support multiple installation methods:

Table Stand: Perfect for desks, countertops, nightstands, or shelves.
Panel Mount: Low-profile option for controller boards or cabinetry.

InSight Pro
The InSight Pro includes all standard features plus built-in sensors to monitor room conditions:

CO2 monitoring helps reef keepers diagnose low pH caused by elevated indoor CO2 and evaluate solutions like CO2 scrubbers. VOC tracking adds insight into environmental factors such as cleaning products, aerosols, and off-gassing that may impact aquarium health over time.
