Red Sea ReefSense - pH & Temperature

The Red Sea ReefSense Digital pH & Temperature Probe is a dual-purpose sensor designed to monitor two of the most important parameters for maintaining a stable marine reef aquarium: pH and temperature.

Advanced Digital Monitoring

• Digital Data Transmission: Features a digital converter built directly into the probe, helping protect readings from electrical interference (EMI) generated by pumps, lights, heaters, and other aquarium equipment.

• 2-in-1 Sensor: Measures both pH and temperature through a single connection to the controller.

• High-Precision Measurements: Provides 0.1 pH unit accuracy and 0.1°F temperature accuracy.

• Automatic Temperature Compensation: The integrated temperature sensor provides continuous temperature data for accurate pH measurement through automatic temperature compensation (ATC).

• Smart Calibration Memory: Calibration data is stored directly on the probe, allowing it to be moved between compatible ports or Red Sea controllers without requiring complete recalibration.

• Remote Calibration: Supports convenient calibration via Bluetooth near a sink, water-mixing station, or other convenient location.

ReefBeat Integration & Automation

The ReefSense Digital pH & Temperature Probe integrates with the ReefControl system and ReefBeat app to provide continuous monitoring, alerts, and automation.

• 24/7 Monitoring & Logging: View real-time pH and temperature readings along with historical data and trends, making it easy to identify changes such as the typical nighttime pH drop.

• Instant Alerts: Receive notifications if pH or temperature moves outside your customized safe ranges.

• pH-Based Automation: Use pH readings to control compatible equipment, such as an air pump connected to a CO₂ scrubber through a ReefControl Power unit.

• Automatic Temperature Control: Temperature readings can trigger connected cooling fans, chillers, or heaters to help maintain stable aquarium temperatures.
