Track a package
Need to identify a tracking? Easy! If the tracking number starts with a 9 it is Canada Post, if it starts with a 7 it is FedEx. You can NOT click the tracking from your phone, you must copy/paste into the carriers website.
Need to track your package? Easy! There are two ways to do it. The easiest was is to locate the tracking number on the "Order Complete" notification email. Our site sends an email when you initially purchase, "Order Processed" and when we ship, "Order Complete"

The other way to get your tracking is to log into you account (if you created an account prior to ordering) and click on "order History", choose a date and then click on the order ID marked as shipped. You will see:
